By creating an account or using PitchSaga, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept them.

PitchSaga is a platform where founders create AI-assisted pitch decks and investors analyze them. We provide tools for pitch creation, sharing, AI-powered scoring, and deal comparison. We are a tool — not a financial advisor, investment broker, or legal service.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share your account.

You must provide accurate information when signing up. If you're using PitchSaga on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.

You own your content. Pitch decks, uploaded documents, company information, and notes you create on PitchSaga remain yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you upload or create.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service — for example, running AI analysis on an uploaded deck or rendering your pitch for a shared link.

You confirm you have the right to upload any content you submit. Don't upload confidential documents belonging to others without their permission.

PitchSaga uses AI to generate pitch content, scores, and analysis. This content is provided as a starting point and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabricated information.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.

AI scores and analysis are not investment advice. Investors should perform their own due diligence. Founders should verify all claims before presenting to investors.

When you share a pitch via a link, anyone with that link can view it. You control sharing — you can revoke links at any time.

Investor analysis (scores, notes, chat) is private and never shared with founders or other investors.

Don't use PitchSaga to:

• •Upload malicious files, spam, or content that violates any law
• •Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• •Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• •Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform's API
• •Use AI outputs to deliberately mislead investors or misrepresent a business

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features will be clearly displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

PitchSaga is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service reliable and secure, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

We are not liable for investment decisions made based on AI scores or analysis. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from pitch decks created on the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

You can delete your account at any time. We'll remove your data as described in our privacy policy.

We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. We'll try to give notice when reasonable, but reserve the right to act immediately for serious violations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
